EGG FRIED RICE RECIPE 5
Egg Fried Rice Recipe Ingredients
- 400g cooked white rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 spring onions, finely chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
- 1 egg
- 50g peas (garden peas or petit pois)
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Heat the oil in the wok.
Fry the spring onions and garlic for 40 seconds.
Add the rice and stir-fry for two minutes.
Splash the soy sauce over the rice.
Pour the egg on top off the rice and mix well.
The egg fried rice recipe is ready to serve... enjoy it with family !
