EGG FRIED RICE RECIPE
...try this classic egg fried rice recipe....a nice one !

EGG FRIED RICE RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 c. frozen green peas
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 c. cooked long grain rice
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
EGG FRIED RICE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
First of all Sauté green onions and peas in hot oil 2 minutes. And then add rice and cook until thoroughly heated.
Push rice mixture to side of skillet, forming a well in center. Pour egg into well, and cook until set, stirring occasionally.Stir rice mixture into egg; add soy sauce, stirring well. The egg fried rice recipe is ready to serve....nice taste !

Impromptu Egg Fried Rice Recipe....


An amazing egg fried rice recipe to try !
EGG FRIED RICE INGREDIENTS

• 3 tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil
• 1 bunch scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and roughly chopped
• 1/2 pound green beans or asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen peas (optional)
• 1 cup soy or mung bean sprouts (optional)
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic, or to taste
• 1 tablespoon peeled and minced fresh ginger, or to taste
• 3 to 4 cups cooked brown rice
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten (optional)
• 1/4 cup sherry, white wine, stock, or water
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)

EGG FRIED RICE INSTRUCTIONS

First of all put 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large skillet over high heat. A minute later, add the scallions and bell pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until they soften and begin to brown, about 3 minutes.
Lower the heat if the mixture starts to brown too quickly. Transfer the vegetables to a bowl.

Next is to add the green beans or asparagus and cook, again over high heat, stirring occasionally, until nicely browned and just tender, about 5 minutes. Add them to the bowl with the vegetables. If you're using the peas, drain them if necessary and add them, along with the bean sprouts (if you're using them), to the skillet; cook, shaking the skillet, for about a minute, or until steaming. Add them to the bowl, too.

And then put the remaining oil in the skillet, followed by the garlic and ginger. Just a few seconds later, begin to add the rice, a little at a time, using a spatula to break up the clumps, and toss it with the oil. When all the rice is added, make a well in its center and break the eggs into it if you're using them; scramble them a bit with the spatula, then stir to incorporate them into the rice.

Return the vegetables to the pan and use the spatula to fold everything until combined. Add the wine and cook, still folding, for about a minute. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, then taste and add salt and pepper if necessary. Turn off the heat, stir in the cilantro, and the egg fried rice recipe is ready to serve...enjoy it !

CHINESE HAM AND EGG FRIED RICE

EGG FRIED RICE RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 c. frozen peas
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 c. boiled rice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 oz. boiled ham (1/4" cubes)
  • 1 scallion
EGG FRIED RICE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare ahead: Place frozen peas into 4 cups boiling water and cook for 5 minutes until tender (defrost).
To cook: Set a 12 inch Wok or 10 inch skillet over high heat for 30 seconds. Pour in 1 tablespoon of oil, swirl it above in the pan and immediately reduce the heat to moderate. Pour in the beat eggs. They will form a film on the bottom of the pan almost at once. Immediately lift this film gently with a fork and push it to the back of the pan so that the still liquid eggs can spread across the bottom of the pan to cook. As soon as the eggs are set, but before they become dry or begin to brown, transfer them to a small bowl and break them up with a fork. Pour the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil into the pan, swirl it around and heat it for 30 seconds. Add the rice and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes until all the grains are coated with oil. Add salt, then peas and ham; stir fry for 20 seconds. Return the eggs to the pan, add the scallions and cook only long enough to heat egg through. The egg fried rice recipe is ready to serve at once....hmm...nice ! Enjoy it !

Egg Fried Rice Recipe Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2TB dark sesame oil
  • 2TB peanut oil
  • 4cups cold jasmine rice
  • 1 1/2cups chicken,shrimp or pork;cooked and diced...optional
  • 3/4cup thawed peas
  • 1 1/2cups bean sprouts
  • 1 cup chopped scallions
  • 1t salt
  • 1/2t pepper
  • braggs aminos spray

Egg Fried Rice Recipe Instructions
Have everything measured out and ready to go...this goes fast
slightly beat the dark sesame oil with eggs and egg whites
heat peanut oil in wok till HOT
add egg mixture to wok; stir fry for 1-2 mins.
add cold rice; stir fry 2-3 mins.
add meat, salt and pepper; stir fry 1 min.
add peas; stir fry 2 mins.
add bean sprouts and scallions stir fry 1 more minute.....
plate up and spray with braggs Aminos or soy sauce...enjoy the egg fried rice !

  • 1 cup steamed rice or left over rice
  • 1 small onion slice thinly
  • 1 small garlic slice thinly
  • 4 pcs of ham slice thinly cube
  • 2 eggs (beaten) add a little salt in egg to taste
  • and salt to taste

  • saute garlic and onion
  • add in ham cook for 5 mins

Egg Fried Rice Recipe Ingredients
  • 350 g pre-cooked long grain rice (refrigerated)
  • 4 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 tbsp peanut oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp shredded carrots
  • 4 tbsp frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 spring onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and white pepper
  • 1 wok
  • 1 wooden spoon
Egg Fried Rice Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
Add a little oil to a hot wok, drop in the egg and stir rapidly to break it up.
Add another drop of oil to the wok, followed by the garlic and the rice. Stir until well mixed.
Add the peas, carrots, and spring onions and mix thoroughly.
Add the oyster and soy sauces and season with salt and white pepper. Toss it all together and remove from the heat.

  • 400g cooked white rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
  • 1 egg
  • 50g peas (garden peas or petit pois)
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

Heat the oil in the wok.
Fry the spring onions and garlic for 40 seconds.
